Hello Wellness Program Participants!
Tomorrow, Wednesday, November 16th at 12:00pm, Kaiser Permanente is hosting a webinar on the "Power of Gratitude". Please share the information and link with your colleagues and departments. This may conflict with the "Diabetes Basic" webinar hosted by Health Net, but this topic may be of interest with our colleagues.

Power of Gratitude
Gratitude offers us a way of embracing all that makes our lives what they are. Research has linked gratitude with a wide range of benefits, including strengthening your immune system and improving sleep patterns, feeling optimistic and experiencing more joy and pleasure, being more helpful and generous, and feeling less lonely and isolated.
