[Wellnesscommunications] Healthy Holiday Wellness Challenge Announcement

Hello Wellness Program Participants!
   The Healthy Holiday Wellness Challenge is scheduled to start soon! Attached is PDF with information on the challenge and instructions on how to participate. Below is a high-level breakdown of the challenge:

  1.  Challenge starts Sunday, November 20th and ends Saturday, December 17th
  2.  Weigh yourself on Sunday, November 20th to establish a benchmark
  3.  DO NOT record your weight on the weekly survey (I will include the link to the survey with weekly wellness tips and suggestions). Only record your progress (+/- pounds).
  4.  No one will see each other's progress numbers; the survey is private to you.
  5.  Participants will receive a wellness item from Kaiser Permanente.
  6.  Participants who record their progress each week during the challenge will be entered to win 1 of 2 Fitbit Versas!
