Healthy through the Holidays – Webinars

The holidays present an array of demands – parties, shopping, entertaining, cleaning, and baking, to just name a few. The holiday season can sometimes bring unwelcomed guests – stress, anxiety or depression. Take control of the holidays and your mental and physical health by attending next week’s webinars presented by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program in partnership with the Faculty and Staff Wellness Program.

Money is a huge stressor for many people especially during the holidays, but it doesn’t have to be. This workshop will help you demystify the numbers and get you living beyond paycheck to paycheck. Attend the webinar to learn tips and tricks on how to navigate shopping and expenses through the holiday season.

Hobbies for Mental and Physical Health
Hobbies of all sorts can help us to be mentally and physically healthier people for ourselves and our loved ones. By choosing to spend time on engaging activities that we truly enjoy, we are more likely to be the best version of ourselves. Too often we end up either just passing the time or prioritizing everyone else’s needs above our own.

Is debt mounting in your life to the point where you don’t know what to do about it? Do you wish you were saving more money? Money is a huge stressor for many people, but it doesn’t have to be.
