DBRs, please share this information with your department via your internal listserv.

As of December 20, 2023, UCOP/RASC reports, through the hard work and dedication of the UCRAYS Secure Messaging team and support from UnifyHR, they have eliminated the backlog of messages sent from members through UCRAYS. There were 8,000 messages backlogged in June 2023 and it has now been reduced to zero in the queue.
There are less than 30 messages being processed requiring additional research to resolve. UCOP will work diligently to clear and address all secure messages on UCRAYS in the first months of 2024. The goal in the coming year is to maintain an improved level of service and work to respond to messages within 1 to 2 business days.
