DBRs, please share this information with your department via your internal listserv.
UCOP has shared they were notified by Navitus that their current "Navitusplus" mobile app, which was powered by WithMeHealth, is terminating effective January 1, 2024, and will be replaced by the Navitus app.
The use of "Navitusplus" has been minimal with only 1,996 registrations since the plan's inception.  Of this total, 1,050 remain active and at most 383 members accessed the app in 2023.
The final explanation letter<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/default/files/2023-12/FINAL%20Navitus%20UC%20App%20Transition%20Member%20Letter.pdf> was issued to the current UC PPO Plan Members who are registered. It includes the QR code to easily download the Navitus app.
Please note a mobile app has always been available to non-Medicare members only. This will not change with this new Navitus app.

Switching is easy! Just hover your phone's camera over the QR code to download the app from the App Store or Google Play. You can use your existing ID and password and do not need to sign up again.
