Health Net has transitioned their telehealth services provider to Teladoc Health (Teladoc).  Babylon, Health Net’s previous select telehealth services provider, has ceased operations effective immediately.

Members may begin accessing Teladoc virtual visits immediately, by downloading the Teladoc mobile app, visiting their website at www.teladoc.com/hn<https://urldefense.com/v3/__http:/www.teladoc.com/hn__;!!L0gOPXnDnA!NxrY3vtmUmW2hJ0Pwuh6rIw6SKBwM0Y3-vFmBpiAy2gbnTxiLmt28ANtWHjrvQps-HzNTFpMbak6F46xmnpzplcxs9um1A$> or calling 1-800-TELADOC (835-2362) to set up an account using the temporary Access Code of CNCCACOM to get started.

Health Net will issue notification letters to all member households once regulatory approval is received.

Health Net has updated their microsite with the new information about Teladoc.  No new member ID cards will be issued.  Members will receive a new ID card prior to January 1, 2024 with Teladoc information.  Any ID cards generated prior to Open Enrollment (new members, replacement cards etc.) will include Teladoc information (pending regulatory approval).
