Hello SEHE friends and affiliates,
Could we beg for your help to publicize *SEHE's Spring course offerings*?
I'm hearing from students that they are accidentally finding us after
scrolling through the open course list. I'd love to provide students an
easier way to find our classes. If you wouldn't mind, please share the
attached Spring course list with your students. (I'll attach a pdf and
images.) We are opening all our Upper Division courses to Lower Division
students if they have taken SEHE 001 or 002 (or possibly an equivalent like
ENSC 004). Please encourage your students to enroll. Thank you!!!

Also please please join us to welcome a distinguished visitor at the
Latinxs & the Environment seminar *Wednesday 2/12, 3:30-5pm on zoom*. *Andrea
Vidaurre* is a UCR alum and an American environmental justice advocate and
policy analyst, recognized for her efforts in addressing air pollution and
public health issues linked to California’s Inland Empire freight industry.
In 2024, she was awarded the Goldman Environmental Prize for North America
in acknowledgment of her work on air quality and zero-emission policy
advocacy in one of the country’s most heavily polluted regions. Register
