Per the Mandatory Workplace Posting Guidelines<http://humanresources.ucr.edu/policies/posters_guide.html>, departments are required to download and post all applicable mandatory posters and submit a Mandatory Workplace Postings Certification Form<http://humanresources.ucr.edu/docs/policies/word_docs/onlinetools_docs_mandatoryworkplacepostingsform.doc> to Heidie Rhodes<mailto:heidie.rhodes at ucr.edu?subject=Mandatory%20Workplace%20Postings%20Certification> in the Human Resources department by April 1st of each year.

All required posters, as well as those available in Spanish, may be downloaded and printed from the Mandatory Permanent Posters for All Departments<http://hr.ucr.edu/policies/mandatory_posters_matrix.html> website.
