[Orgvpdue] 2022/2023 - Annual Performance Appraisal Timeline and Forms

To:  All Staff (Non-Student, Non-Academic)



As part of the UCR campus performance management program, all staff (employees) are to be appraised in writing annually.  It is now time to complete your self-appraisal for the following review cycle:



  *   The appraisal cycle for the 2022-2023 review period for all staff is April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2023.


All self-appraisals will need to be submitted to your supervisor according to the attached timeline. Please reach out to me or Chanel Parish if you should need assistance or have any questions about the Annual Appraisal process.


2022/2023 Annual Performance Appraisal Timeline:

FAST Human Resource emails all staff the self-appraisal and performance management forms
3/24/2023
Staff submit their self-appraisals to their supervisors
3/24/23 - 4/10/23
Supervisors to complete their staff appraisals and submit to FHR (fasthr at ucr.edu<mailto:fasthr at ucr.edu>)
4/11/23 - 4/24/23
Calibration of Staff appraisals to be completed
4/25/23 - 4/28/23
FHR to send out calibration completion notification to supervisors
5/01/23 – 5/05/23
Supervisors are to meet with their staff to deliver completed appraisals and complete the goal agreement (if Applicable) forms for 2023-2024.
5/08/23 - 5/19/23
Supervisors to submit the signed (employee /supervisor) completed annual appraisals to FHR (fasthr at ucr.edu<mailto:fasthr at ucr.edu>)
5/22/23 - 5/26/23

  *   2022-2023 Performance Appraisal Form (Non-Pilot participants only)
  *   2023-2024 Goal Agreement Form (If Applicable for Non-Pilot Participants)
  *   Performance Management Campus Wide Standards
  *   Performance Management Setting SMART goals



Pilot Participants:

You will use the forms from the pilot program to complete the 2022/2023 annual review process. Please Note: If you have not been completing your check ins on the pilot forms with your supervisor throughout the year, you will need to complete your annual review on the current performance appraisal documents attached.
