[CITL] ServiceNow Upgrade to Xanadu scheduled for 2/14/2025 - 2/16/2025

Dear ITS Staff and Partners,
Please share this communication with your ORG/Department users.
Please be advised of an upcoming upgrade to ServiceNow, taking place on
February 14, 2025 at 10:00 PM to February 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM (PST). During
this period, ITS will be upgrading the application, which might cause
intermittent interruption of service. As such, please expect service
degradation during this time.
Code Freeze Schedule
In preparation for the ServiceNow upgrade, we will enforce a code freeze
from February 3 to 16, 2024. This is necessary to keep the data in sync
across our production and non-production environments for the duration of
the upgrade.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Period
We will be following the same format as last year's upgrade. This means we
will have a set schedule for user acceptance testing (UAT) and if users
find an issue after UAT, they can submit a request as a production issue.
UAT will be available in the TEMP environment from February 6 to 13, 2025.
We will send a reminder email when the TEMP environment is ready for
testing.
