[CITL] Oracle database usage

Hi CITL-
We are analyzing our Oracle database usage prior to renewing with Oracle in
April. I have a list of databases that the ITS Database Administration team
manages. Are there any Oracle databases managed in your areas? If so, I'd
like to add them to my inventory list so I can account for them as we think
about changes to our licensing.
