Dear Wellness Program Participants:
      I am excited to invite you to the upcoming Walk and Talk with VPAP Dan Jeske event, where we'll combine light exercise, fresh air, and engaging conversations with Dan and our colleagues.

Event Details:
Date: Wednesday, November 15th
Time: 12:15 pm to 12:45 pm
Meeting Point: Scotty the Bear (by the UCR sign)
Duration: 30 minutes

I encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking. Feel free to invite your colleagues and friends and to join us; the more, the merrier! This event provides a perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy schedule, enjoy the beauty of nature, and connect with your colleagues in a relaxed and informal setting.
