    Tomorrow, Tuesday November 22nd at 12:00pm, Kaiser Permanente is hosting a 1-hour webinar on the "Building Healthy Meals". Please share the information and link with your colleagues and departments.

Building Healthy Meals
   Learn to create healthy seasonal meals using items in your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. The host will also discuss tools and ingredients to have on hand to make healthy, simple, and delicious meals; just in time for the holidays!
