UC health plans have many resources available to faculty and staff to help navigate the challenges we are currently facing. Take advantage of these free resources for you and your family members. Check with your health plan for more details.

Mental Health
myStrength<https://mystrength.com/> is a personalized, digital program that includes interactive activities, in-the-moment coping tools, inspirational resources, and community support. You can track preferences and goals, current emotional states, and ongoing life events to improve your awareness and change behaviors. myStrength includes dedicated resources for coping during COVID-19. UC's medical coverage includes behavioral health benefits for mental health services and substance abuse treatment. *        Depression and anxiety
