[Vcsa-announcements] VCSA Technology Services Retreat on 10/29/09

Dear all,

 

VCSA Technology Services will be attending our annual retreat on Thursday, October 29th from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.  We will be on campus and monitoring service requests throughout the day, however, staff will not be available by email or phone.  Urgent issues should be submitted to the Service Request System at http://help.ucr.edu.  We will respond to any non-critical service outages when we return on Friday, October 30th.
