[Vcsa-announcements] Office 2007 Upgrade

Dear all,

 

The Office 2007 upgrade has been completed for all thin client users.   Managed desktop and other PC users can visit this link http://student08.ucr.edu/AVCAdmin/SoftwarePackageInstall/ to download and install Office 2007.  Please note that if you are a member of the Campus Health Center or AVC-Housing Units your upgrade will take place at a later date and you should not download the software at this time.

 

If you are interested in learning more about Office 2007 Microsoft offers a free Tips and Tricks for MS Office 2007 webcast available at this link: https://msevents.microsoft.com/CUI/WebCastEventDetails.aspx?EventID=1032397370&EventCategory=3&culture=en-US&CountryCode=US.  Click on the link and register for the training by creating a Microsoft account and then downloading the webcast to your desktop.  If you feel you need additional training please speak with your department head; other training options are available and can be coordinated through Technology Services.
