Created a new process to send and store eligibility notifications for employees who have become eligible for benefits during the standard measurement period (SMP) and those whose eligibility and enrollments will end when the current ACA stability period concludes

  *   Open enrollment 2024 launched on Thursday, October 26. Employees can enroll for 2024 benefits through 5:00 pm PT on Friday, November 17. For more information, visit the open enrollment website<https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/oe/index.html>
  *   UCPath GL will be unavailable from Monday, November 6 @ 12:01 am to Monday, November 13 @ 12:01 am, and transactors will not be able to view or submit direct retros or funding entries during this time

  *   Employees must sign up before January 1, 2024, to receive their 2023 1095-C electronically and before January 12, 2024, to receive their 2023 W-2 statement electronically.
