   UCRAYS Down for Maintenance Starting December 15, 2023

UCOP has announced that the UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS) website will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance from Friday, December 15, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. until Tuesday, January 2, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. During this time, members will not be able to login and access their UCRAYS accounts.

For any urgent matters during the time when UCRAYS is unavailable, members are welcome to contact the UC Retirement Administration Services Center (RASC) at (800) 888-8267 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. For questions or concerns that are not urgent, please consider contacting the RASC in January 2024.
