Health Net - New Member Portal replacing the Health Net Mobile App



Health Net's new member portal went live on Monday, September 26, 2022.  The portal provides improved functionality and replaces the existing Health Net Mobile App.

UC Blue & Gold HMO plan participants may access the portal from laptops, tablets or mobile devices by visiting https://uc.healthnetcalifornia.com/ and click on "Register" at the top of the landing page.

Attached are sample emails and banner announcement about the new portal.  A first round of emails was sent to current registered users on September 14, 2022.  A second email will be sent to registered users after the launch of the new portal as a reminder that they must re-register in order to access their online account.  The following banner is also posted on https://uc.healthnetcalifornia.com/ announcing the new portal.
