UCPath – Virtual Agents Now Available

On October 12, 2022, the UCPath Center introduced virtual agents to its phone service. The new virtual agents answer common questions by phone, and over time, they will be equipped to answer more detailed questions relating to employee benefits and/or payroll.

Employees calling the UCPath Center will experience the following:

·       After authenticating identity, callers will be greeted by a virtual agent

·       The virtual agent answers common questions relating to annual W-2 tax forms, paychecks, vacation and sick accruals, direct deposit, employment verification and Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms

·       Callers will continue to receive the average wait time message while on hold to speak with an agent


UCPath will share more information as additional new features are released.
