[Campus Notice] UCR Canva License Renewal for FY27

Dear Colleague,

UC Riverside’s annual Canva license renewal is fast approaching and
Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is reviewing all active licenses. We
have notified the UCR Canva license holders within your unit about the
renewal and asked them to inform ITS by June 11, 2026, if they wish to
terminate their license. No further action is required for those who wish
to renew their UCR Canva license.

Please note that if we do not receive a license termination request by June
11, currently-active UCR Canva licenses will be renewed and a departmental
recharge of $125 per activated Canva annual license will apply.

ITS will work with the University of California Office of the President
(UCOP) to process the billing and resulting recharges between late June and
early July.

If you have any questions about your unit’s UCR Canva license(s), please
contact Bill Manes, ITS’ CRM Solutions Manager, at bill.manes at ucr.edu.
