[Campus Notice] Notice of email routing Issue that may have affected your account

[UCR Information Technology Solutions]

Dear Highlander,

We have identified an issue with your UCR account that may have delivered
emails to your Outlook (Office 365) inbox instead of your R’Mail (Google)
inbox. This issue only affected emails sent between today and the date your
email was migrated to R'Mail.

*Please follow the steps below to retrieve any undelivered emails:*

   1. Go to https://outlook.office365.com/mail/
   2. Sign in with your NetID at ucr.edu
   3. Follow the prompt to sign in with your UCR NetID and password on
   UCR’s Single Sign-On page, and complete multi-factor authentication
   4. Move any emails that were not forwarded to your R’Mail inbox by
   sending them to your UCR email address


*Temporary Fix and Permanent Solution:*
We have implemented a temporary solution to redirect all subsequent emails
from Outlook to your R’Mail inbox. After completing the steps above, you
will not need to check your Outlook inbox again. We are also working on a
permanent fix for the underlying issue.
