[Campus Notice] Reminder: June 15 Rollout of New UCR Google Workspace Storage Quotas

Good Afternoon!

This is a reminder that the implementation of your new Google Workspace
storage quota of 100 GB will begin rolling out on June 15, 2024.

To reiterate my March 1 communication (attached), your Google Workspace
storage usage is currently under 100 GB. As such, no action or change is
needed on your part, and your access to all Google Workspace services
available to you will remain unchanged. This includes R’Mail, Drive,
Photos, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Gemini (formerly Bard).

While no action is required on your part, you are still encouraged to
review the data you are currently storing and to regularly perform a
cleanup. Here are some helpful tips to manage your UCR data storage:

   Use Google Takeout to export your data from your UCR Google account
