[Campus Notice] Zoom Phone Migration Update

Dear Unit Leaders, Administrators, and Supervisors,


As a follow-up to the email we sent yesterday regarding users within your
department who will migrate to Zoom Phone tomorrow, please find an updated
list attached. This list includes the same users, however, it has been
updated to include department names for easier reference.


At the request of leadership, department supervisors have been CC’d on this
email for their awareness so that they can share information with staff as
needed.


Again, please note that any users who do not migrate tomorrow as a result
of missing data will be included in the next round of Zoom Phone
migrations, which is expected to occur in late October 2023. There will be
no service interruption for individuals who do not migrate to Zoom Phone on
August 31, as they will continue to use their existing phone line and
equipment.


Please note that users who are migrating to Zoom Phone tomorrow have
received a reminder email. This email contains training resources, expected
user experience during deployment, Office Hour information, and equipment
information.
