[Campus Notice] New Zoom Phone Go Live Date and Training Session Recording

Dear Campus Phone User,


Please be advised of an important update to your migration to Zoom Phone
Services:


Update

We would like to inform you that the new date for your telephony service
upgrade to Zoom Phone is August 31, 2023.


The Zoom Phone Project Team has been working with the affected departments
to address any unforeseen impacts of the migration. To give folks enough
time to prepare and to ensure a smooth transition, the cutover date has
been rescheduled. This postponement will not impact campus phone services,
as you will continue to use your existing phone equipment while waiting for
the migration.

The Zoom Phone Project Team will provide live support during Office Hours
on August 31, 2023, from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM (PDT). To attend the Office Hours
post-Go Live, please call (951) 827-9984.
