[Campus Notice] Important Updates on Your Migration to Zoom Phone

Dear Campus Phone User,

Here are important updates and reminders related to Zoom:

Reminders:

   -

   The training session slated for tomorrow, August 22, 2023 from 2:30-3:30
   PM (PDT), will proceed as scheduled. Register now
   <https://ucr.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_u5TrCHcoT9GAg3gCNg_gdg> to add
   the webinar to your calendar.

   The Zoom Phone training session will be recorded. If you are unable to
   join the training on August 22, you may access the recording in the Zoom
   Phone Services webpage <https://its.ucr.edu/zoom-phone-services>.
   -

   The Zoom Phone Project Team will provide live support during Office
   Hours on the day of the migration. To attend the Office Hours post-Go
   Live, please call (951) 827-9984.

   The School of Medicine Zoom account will be consolidated with UCR’s
   Enterprise Zoom account on August 22, 2023 at 6:00 AM (PDT).


In an effort to streamline the campus-wide Zoom access, the School of
Medicine will start using UCR’s Enterprise Zoom account. It is verified as
HIPAA-compliant and is equipped with features that meet SOM’s healthcare
and medical education needs. There will be no changes to the end-user
experience and no action is required on your end.
