[IT Notice] Required Action on iShare Files

Dear Campus User,

 

You are receiving this email because our records indicate that you have
files stored in the iShare file storage system and have accessed said files
within the last two years. This message is to inform you that the iShare
file storage system will be decommissioned and as a result you need to
migrate all wanted files to a supported storage platform.   

 

As part of our continued efforts to conserve campus resources and
rationalize IT services, Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is currently
consolidating campus-wide file storage services. The robust file storage and
sharing platforms supported by ITS are:

Please note that all files must be migrated to a supported platform by March
20, 2021, at which point the iShare service will be promptly decommissioned.
