[SHS-Announcements] Action Required: Alternative Work Agreement (AWA) for Fiscal Year 2026-2027

Dear Student Health Staff,

As we prepare for the upcoming fiscal year, we are gathering information
regarding your schedules to establish new Alternative Work Agreements
(AWAs) effective July 1, 2026. These agreements will cover the full fiscal
year.

Please note the following regarding the process:

   - *DocuSign Agreements:* Ariana will send out the new AWA forms via
   DocuSign next week. Please complete and submit these forms by the end of th
   at week.
   - *Requesting a Schedule Change:* Staff still have the option to request
   a change to a different schedule once per quarter by submitting a
request via
   email to me and your supervisor.
   - *Response Requirements:* Please use https://forms.gle/MZfXJktsXrQ3cvbm8
    to respond *only if*:
      - You are requesting a 4/10 schedule (even if you are currently on
      one).
      - You wish to change from a 4/10 schedule to a traditional schedule.
   - *4/10 Schedules:* As a reminder, 4/10 schedules are dependent on
   providers being willing to continue with that schedule.
