[SHCC-Announcements] Training Schedule & Building Updates for August 6th | SHCC Closure

Good afternoon, Team:

As a reminder the SHCC building will be closed due to in house trainings
the entire day on August 6th, 2026.


* Building & Clinical Operations:*

·  *Building Access: *While the building will be closed from 8:00 AM – 5:00
PM. You will continue to have normal access from 6AM – 9PM.

·  *Pharmacy:* The pharmacy will reopen at 1pm after trainings and remain
open through 7pm. The interior pharmacy door will be closed to the rest of
the clinic. Please use the front or back doors after 12pm.

·  *SHS:* All day training.

·  *CAPS/SWIFT/ Case Management:* Remote under Dr. Mondragon’s direction.

*In Person details*

·  *Meals:* The coffee cart will be out at 8 AM and lunch will be available
around 11:45 AM. Both will be held in the Well Lounge hallway.

·  *Non-Clinical Staff:* Front desk, Insurance, and Administration will
only attend training from 10 AM to 11 AM; the rest of the day will be
dedicated to the Med-Proctor Project.

·  *All other Clinical Staff (MA’s, Nurses, Providers, Lab):* training all
day from 8AM - 5PM.

*SHS 4 10 Scheduled Employee’s*

Due to the cancellation of night clinic operations, you can work with your
supervisor to take vacation time from 5-7PM, or you can choose to do
administrative tasks or LMS. Please work with your supervisor to decide
what best fits your schedule.
