[SHCC-Announcements] ITS BearHelp Technician Update

Hello all,

I’m writing to share a quick update regarding ITS BearHelp Technician
coverage for this coming *Friday, July 31.*

Our tech team will be participating in an all-day customer service training
session. Because of this, they will not be physically on-site at SHCC on
Friday. However, they will be remotely monitoring your location throughout
the day to ensure systems remain stable and urgent issues are addressed
promptly.

*Escalations:* If you or your teams encounter an urgent issue, please reach
out to @Robert Burg <robert.burg at ucr.edu> @Francisco Martinez
<fmartin at ucr.edu> and @Matthew Giers <mgiers at ucr.edu> for support and
escalation. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as our team
takes this time to sharpen their skills!
