As we approach our upcoming *Epic Workflow Discovery Sessions*, I want to
share a few important updates and action items:

   *If you receive a separate calendar invitation from me regarding the
   sessions for this week:* Please plan to attend. Your insights are
   valuable as we prepare for this transition.

   *If you do not receive an invitation:* Please use this time to complete
   the workflow survey originally sent by Jackie (if you haven't already).

Your feedback is essential for helping us understand how to better prepare
for Epic.

Dear SHCC Staff,

Thank you for your active participation and engagement during our recent
Epic Kick-Off meeting.

As we transition into our workflow discovery phase, the next critical step
is gathering your unique clinical and operational expertise. Please take a
moment to complete the Epic Workflow Discovery Survey

*A few helpful tips regarding the survey:*

   - *It is a live tool:* If you recall additional details later, or if you
   need to provide further input after you have started, you are welcome to
   revisit the link and submit your responses multiple times.
   - *Action Required:* Please submit your initial feedback by *July 3,
   2026*. This ensures we have the necessary data to integrate your
   insights into our first work group sessions starting on *July 9, 2026*.
