[SHCC-Announcements] ALERT: Highlander Orientation Parking & Temporary Lot 21 Closures

Campus will begin hosting Highlander Orientations next week.  Student
check-in is at Pentland Hills and designated parking is in Big Springs 1
next to Glen Mor RSO.  However, to prevent orientation participants from
accidentally parking in our reserved spaces and to minimize confusion, the
Linden Street entrances to Lot 21 will be temporarily closed until 9:30am
on all orientation check-in days.

*All patients and staff who park in Lot 21 will need to use the Lot 21
Pentland Way entrance if coming into the building before 9:30am.  *

*Dates this is in effect: Mondays and Thursdays from July 6 - August 14 and
August 19-21.*

If any orientation participants come into the building or call with
questions, please feel free to share the following:

   - *Designated Parking: Big Springs 1.*
      - *All vehicles must register for parking
      via offstreet.io/events/X9YT2RHR <http://offstreet.io/events/X9YT2RHR>*
      - *Overnight Parking: Students can register for a 2-day permit
      specific to their assigned session.*

*Parent Escorts: Parents escorting their students to check-in may register
      for 30-minute parking (time begins immediately upon registration).  *

*Drop-offs: If the driver is not exiting the vehicle, students can be
   dropped off near Pentland Way. No need to register for parking.  *
   - *1 parking ambassador posted on Pentland Way and 2 in front of the
   Glen Mor RSO until 9:30 AM to assist with parking and general questions.*
