Good morning,

I have a few employees who are new to the C&G area. Can you please remind me how they sign up to receive RED's communication emails like the one below? Thank you

Greetings Cayuse Community,

The Proposals S2S team is aware of two issues with the RR Key Person form that were introduced in the application's most recent release on 5/30/24. These are as follows:

  1.  The "Other Project Role Category" field is not appearing on the RR Key Person main form page. The temporary workaround for this issue is to use the "Manage Key Person"  pop-up window in order to set this field.
  2.  The "Organization Name" field is not appearing on the RR Key Person main form page for non-PI/PD personnel. The temporary workaround for this issue is to ensure the key person possesses an association that can then be auotfilled into the proposal. Doing so will complete the "Organization Name" field behind the scenes, allowing this information to be submitted to the agency.

The Proposals S2S product engineering became aware of these issues shortly after the end of May release and immediately worked to fix them. The issues have both been fix and a new release is being prepared so we can deploy these fixes shortly. Our priority is always to facilitate easy proposal submissions, so please alert us if something in the application is preventing this.
