Attached is an 8 X 14 inch Stay Well Poster for you to print and post in
your location.  Also attached is a list of all locations and their
participation numbers for completing the Health Assessment.  UC
Riverside is in the middle of the pack and we would like to see our
numbers improve before the April 15, 2009 deadline.  Please note there
is a June 10, 2009 deadline for newly added CUE members.

 

Listed below are the bargaining units eligible to participate and those
not eligible.  Additionally, Kaiser members are not eligible for the
StayWell program, however Kaiser does have their own health assessment
program accessed by logging into the Kaiser website:
