Per our discussion at the PPS Users group meeting May 7th, please do not
separate the employees listed on this web page:
http://www.accounting.ucr.edu/documents/sumappts08.xls.  The listed
employees will be teaching summer session classes.  Summer Session
department has begun adding additional employment information for these
individuals so they can work and be paid this summer.

 

This link can also be accessed through Payroll Office's main web page:

http://www.accounting.ucr.edu/payroll.htm.  Click on Summer Session 2008
(last column towards the bottom).

 

These lists will be updated as new employees are added.   Please make
sure to access these lists before separating academic employees.
