Karen Hruby presented the Spring Letter

for Academic Merits & Promotions & Other Salary Related Actions at the
PPS Users Group Meeting, Wednesday, May 14th.

 

After Wednesday's PPS Users meeting, Karen discussed the question about
when to enter new professors who were beginning on July 1, 2008 into PPS
with the Budget Office.  Associate Budget Director Williams clarified
that new professors, beginning July 1, 2008, should be entered into PPS
prior to July 1st.  Any new professors beginning July 2, 2008 or after
should not be entered into PPS until PPS users are notified to do so,
which we expect will occur around July 10th.
