RE:       Merit Increases for Staff (Non-Represented), PA and K5 Employees
effective 10/01/05

The Payroll Personnel System (PPS) was updated Friday night (10/14/05) with
the merit increases effective October 1, 2005 for eligible non-represented
employees in the following staff personnel programs:

*Professional and Support Staff (PSS) 

*Management and Senior Professionals (MSP) 

 

The merit increases for Senior Management Group (SMG) has not yet been
finalized.

 

We also updated the database with the merit increases for the step based
Police Officers (PA) and the Skilled Crafts (K5) units.  

 

Please use your copy of the merit roster to check against PPS Online Inquiry
screen (IAPP) that the new monthly pay rates are accurate. The new pay rates
will also be reflected on your Online Time Reporting Rosters that will be
available on October 20, 2005 for the November 1, 2005 check date.   Please
use bundle screen "SMRT" to make corrections if necessary.
