Re:     Revisions to the Form I-9

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has made a few
small changes to the form I-9.

*	Section 1 now includes a box for "A National of the U.S." 
*	The list of acceptable documents has been updated to change
references from the INS to USCIS. 
*	The revision date of the form has been changed from 11/21/91 to
05/31/05. 
*	Prior editions of the I-9 Form may be used until 12/31/05.
