[Physics-faculty] Questionnaire RE Physics Roofing Project

Dear Physics and Astronomy Faculty,

This summer, the Physics Building's roof will be replaced. As a safety precaution, the occupants of certain areas will lose access to the building for the duration of the renovation project. Please see the attached files for details about the affected spaces and the project timelines.

I would like to fully understand your space needs as we approach the project's start date. To this end, please fill out the questionnaire form linked below to give me a better picture of how much space the department will have to secure and what types of spaces will be suitable for our needs.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help the department to understand what you will need during the summer roofing project. Note that receiving, printing, and the administrative team will be relocated.
