[Office-of-research] Planned increase of postdoctoral scholar annual minimum salary

Attached is the memo from Wyatt R. Hume, Provost and Executive Vice
President, Academic and Health Affairs that I passed out at yesterday's
Contract and Grant Users meeting.  The memo outlines the time table for
increasing the postdoctoral scholar annual minimum salary to $37,000 or
annual level for the NIH NRSA Postdoctoral Fellowships and Training Grants.

Please use this information, as appropriate, for preparing proposal budgets
and projecting postdoc salary expenses on sponsored awards.
