[Office-of-research] NIH pushes back mandatory electronic application submission for R01s

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has pushed back the date of the
mandatory electronic application submission of the traditional research
(R01) mechanism and all subsequent mechanisms.  The new submission date is
February 1, 2007.  NIH hopes to learn more from additional electronic
submission cycles and to coordinate the electronic submission initiative
with the multiple principal investigator initiative.  To view the complete
