[Net-training] Ideas for weekly training

This sounds good to me. I don't really think there's a need to
distinguish between certification vs. general knowledge. I would
however like a schedule of what we're going to talk about each week.
Particularly because I have to leave early on Tuesdays, I wouldn't want
to necessarily run a presentation/discussion on that day. Would we want
to do a formal presentation around 3pm for a half hour to an hour with
slides or diagrams, and then continue discussion at Getaway after? Do
we want to submit a pool of topics to discuss in detail, then schedule
when we want to talk about it?
