I don't see a real need for an official schedule but if you would like
to maintain one then you are welcome to do so.

A formal presentation with slides puts it into the realm of more work
than I want to do. I am willing to spend 15 minutes or so putting
together a list of points to touch on about a topic but a full
presentation is a bit much.
(Note that I am not talking about training about specific use of
production systems. For things like how to use the new wireless system,
ASA, etc. it would be useful to have a formalized presentation separate
from the weekly trainings.)

I think it is possible to do it more ad-hoc than that. A pool of topics
about which we would like to talk would be useful but trying to strictly
schedule when we talk about each one might be counter-productive.
