[Net-training] Ideas for weekly training

Some ideas about our weekly training in no particular order.
I think the format we used for the IPv6 training a couple of weeks back
worked well -- one of us putting a bit of information together to relay
to the rest of the group and for us to discuss. I think we could
continue that format perhaps with one of us choosing a topic to share
with the group in a discussion format.
In the last couple of weeks, a few of us have gone to training and
conferences and more of that is scheduled for the future; it would
almost certainly be productive for us to try to spread the knowledge
gained from training to the rest of the group. Would it make sense for
us to use the weekly trainings to do that or schedule separate meetings
and keep the weekly trainings focused on certifications?
Another idea is for each of us to come to the meeting with questions
either about networking topics in general or specifics about the way we
do things. For example: after returning from CCNP training, Julie had a
few questions that she asked about what she had learned and how we use
it in the UCR network. Bringing those questions to the group would
allow everybody to benefit from the asking and answering (though it is
not my intention to discourage the asking of questions at other times.)
Thoughts or opinions about any of this? I would like for the training
to be useful for everybody so speak up even if you dislike the ideas.
