Thanks, Dominica, for sharing. I appreciate everyone’s efforts to get these
surveys completed—I know it’s a big ask, but filling them out will
significantly help us plan for this and future outages.

To make the process as easy as possible, here are a few key details

   - *Required Fields Only:* You only need to complete the questions marked
   with a red asteriisk.

   - *Auto-Filling:* Basic fields (like your name and location) will
   automatically repopulate on subsequent entries, though you can edit them if
   needed.

   - *High-Level Descriptions:* Broad categories (e.g., nematodes, seeds,
   genetic materials) are sufficient—no detailed descriptions are necessary.
   If applicable, please note if materials require special handling (e.g.,
   infectious materials) so we can ensure compatible backup storage.

   - *Optional Attachments:* Uploading photos, manuals, or purchase orders
   is completely optional, though helpful if an insurance claim is ever needed.

   - *Updates Later:* You can submit the minimum required information now
   to ensure your lab is on the list for backup power, and update additional
   details later.

Gathering this data helps us determine generator requirements and
coordinate temporary storage solutions effectively. Please feel free to
