Greetings UCR Graduate Students,


Please take a moment to evaluate your current health insurance plan!


The Graduate Student Health Insurance Plan (GSHIP) 2011 Survey
provides an opportunity for you to share your experiences with on and
off campus health services, as well as your opinion of the benefits,
premiums, and maximums of the insurance plan.  Your input is crucial,
as the GSHIP Committee will use the data collected in the survey to
make adjustments to the health insurance plan for next year.
