[Geospatial] Geospatial employment opportunities

Hi all,

I recently heard from two of our geospatial community members, requesting that I share the following employment opportunities.

GEOinovo is looking for qualified, motivated GIS professionals to support projects in San Diego, CA and beyond. We are currently looking for candidates to fill four positions at various skill levels. Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro is required and experience with local government projects is highly desirable.

Job Descriptions / Qualifications

1.      GIS Technician (Entry-level)

a.      One (1) year of professional experience and/or completion of a college-level GIS certificate program or equivalent.

b.      Experience and understanding of editing workflows, cartographic principles, and ability to work independently.

2.      GIS Analyst / Senior GIS Analyst

a.      Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or three or more (3+) years of professional experience working with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop. Experience working with users to administer and deploy applications in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.

3.      GIS Administrator

a.      Four or more (4+) years of professional experience working with ArcGIS Server, managing and designing enterprise geodatabases, and experience with SQL Server

4.      GIS Developer

a.      Front-end GIS Developer with experience working with ArcGIS JavaScript API and ArcGIS Web Application Developer Framework (ADF). Scripting experience with Python and Arcade for process automation, spatial analysis, and ETL tasks are highly recommended.
