[Entm-researchstaff] Strongly recommended ADA course

All,
For those of you, especially faculty, with supervisor responsibilities, I
am strongly recommending you take this short (est.  1 hour or less) online
training dealing with ADA issues your employees have, especially those
issues that are not visible.  I have to  say this is one  of those things
that not only will make us better supervisors, but also will  protect you
should contentious issues arise between  you and  your employees.   I can
tell you we have had several issues around this topic and an hour spent now
is a very good investment compared to what happens when things go wrong.
