[Em-announcements] Ergonomics Self-Assesment

Dear All,

Thank you for a successful move to our new home in the Student 
Services Building. As discussed at the move forum, ALL employees are 
required to complete an ergonomics self assessment via the below 
link. Based on your risk profile, Kristie Elton from Environmental 
Health & Safety will be available to do an in-person assessment with 
you. Your response to questions should be based on your current 
location and furniture configuration. Previous assessments are not 
applicable since your risk profile will be determined based on your 
new location.

It is mandatory for ALL employees to complete an ergo assessment 
through Ergo i-SEAT by January 12, 2009. Please see attached document 
provided at the move forum regarding Ergo i-SEAT.
