Based on your risk profile, Kristie Elton from Environmental Health &
Safety will be available to do an in-person assessment with you. Your
response to questions should be based on your current location and
furniture configuration. Previous assessments are not applicable since
your risk profile will be determined based on your new location.<br><br>

through Ergo i-SEAT by <b>January 12,
